EGCC is now offering students a cutting-edge, Google help desk certificate that will prepare students for high-demand jobs in IT. This certificate is embedded in the Business Management degree.

Nearly every employer that uses computers has a need for IT Support professionals. The demand for the jobs exceeds the number of qualified candidates who can fill them. Currently, there are over 150,000 open jobs in this field and that number is projected to grow 10% between now and 2026 — faster than the average of all other occupations.
